THEN...
- Firstly spread soft butter on two slices of bread so the buttered sides are on the inside of the toastie.
- Add the Cheese to the bread and spread over the Sacla' Classic Basil Pesto. Add the sundried tomatoes followed by the other slice of bread.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes in your toastie machine
- Cut your toastie in half and serve.
