MADE WITH HOVIS SOFT WHITE

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 5 minutes
  • Serves: 2
Just take...
  • 4 slices of Hovis soft white medium bread
  • 2 tablespoons Sacla’ Classic Basil Pesto
  • 6 slices of Cathedral City Mature Cheese
  • 12 sun dried tomatoes
  • 20g softened salted butter

THEN...

  • Firstly spread soft butter on two slices of bread so the buttered sides are on the inside of the toastie.
  • Add the Cheese to the bread and spread over the Sacla' Classic Basil Pesto. Add the sundried tomatoes followed by the other slice of bread.
  • Cook for 4-5 minutes in your toastie machine 
  • Cut your toastie in half and serve.
