Made with Hovis® Farmhouse Soft White

Just take...
  • 4 Slices of Hovis® Farmhouse Soft White
  • 6 Rashers of Smoked Back Bacon
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 2 Tomatoes, sliced
  • 50g Romaine Lettuce, shredded

Place the bacon rashers on a foil-lined tray and grill for 7-8 minutes or until golden.

Meanwhile, spread the bread with the mayonnaise. Layer up the lettuce, tomato slices and top with the bacon and the other slice of bread. Repeat with the other slices and serve immediately.

To add a little twist...

  • Spice up your BLT by using Sweet Chilli Sauce instead of mayonnaise
  • Stir two teaspoons of green pesto into the mayonnaise
  • Use cherry tomatoes and roast them in the oven for 6-7 minutes then squash on top of the bacon and lettuce.
  • Swap the mayonnaise for some smashed avocado, mixed with the juice of half a lime and a quarter of a teaspoon of Chilli Flakes.
