Delicious Fibre Focused Recipes with Our Latest Hovis Loaves

Looking for new ways to up your fibre intake? Meet our two latest arrivals: Hovis® White ‘n Fibre, a source of fibre, and Hovis® Farmhouse Batch Wholemeal with Oats, which is high in fibre. Both varieties are also a source of protein, making them perfect options for those who still want a delicious sandwich while also thinking about their fibre intake. We’ve created some simple, tasty recipes to help you make the most of each loaf!

Hovis® White ‘n Fibre®

White bread lovers, rejoice - this loaf delivers classic softness with 50% more fibre than standard white bread. A source of Vitamin D, protein, and fibre, it’s a great everyday addition to breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Recipe Ideas:

  1. Cream Cheese, Ham & Rocket Sandwich A grown-up, Mediterranean-inspired lunch. Ingredients: Cottage Cheese, serrano ham, rockets, avocado and artichoke hearts, a drizzle of olive oil, cracked pepper.

  2. White ‘n Fibre Pizza Toast A fun family snack. Ingredients: Tomato sauce,  artichoke hearts, mushrooms, spinach leaves, black olives, sun dried tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni and red onion.

  3. Banana, Peanut Butter & Chia Toast Perfect for breakfast or a quick snack! Ingredients: Peanut butter, sliced banana, chia seeds, honey drizzle.

Hovis® Farmhouse Batch Wholemeal with Oats

Created with a golden wholemeal starter dough and a touch of oatiness, this loaf is for those who love delicious bread. With 7.3g of fibre per 100g, it’s also high in fibre. 

Recipe Ideas:

  1. Bacon, Cheddar & Cranberry Club Sweet, salty, and totally tasty. Ingredients: Grilled bacon, cheddar, tomato slices, rockets, red onion, mayonnaise, cranberry sauce.

  2. Smashed Chickpea & Avocado Toast A meat-free delicious lunch. Ingredients: Chickpeas, avocado, lemon juice, red onion, feta cheese, mayonnaise, chili flakes.

  3. Cheddar, Apple & Pickled Onion Open Sandwich A lunch idea that’s quick and delicious. Ingredients: Turkey, cheddar, rockets, chia seeds, apple & pickled onion
