Serves 2
Lightly toast the slices of Hovis® White ‘n Fibre to your liking and spread 1 tbsp of peanut butter on each warm toast slice. Arrange banana slices evenly on top.
Sprinkle with chia seeds and, if using, a pinch of cinnamon. Drizzle with honey for extra sweetness.
Serve immediately while the toast is still warm and the peanut butter is slightly melty. Great with a cup of tea or as a pre-workout snack!
