Ingredients

  • 2 slices of Hovis® White 'n' Fibre®
  • 4 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 1 ripe bananas (sliced)
  • 2 tsp chia seeds Honey (to drizzle, optional)
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)

Tip

Prepare your banana slices and chia seeds before you even start toasting your bread. So you can immediately add the toppings while the toast is perfectly warm!

Method

Lightly toast the slices of Hovis® White 'n' Fibre® to your liking and spread 1 tbsp of peanut butter on each warm toast slice. Arrange banana slices evenly on top.

Sprinkle with chia seeds and, if using, a pinch of cinnamon. Drizzle with honey for extra sweetness.
