Ingredients

  • 1 Slice of Hovis White Sourdough
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 5 Tbsp cinnamon and sugar
  • 250g of Cream cheese
  • Zest of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 Tbsp icing sugar
  • ¼ Cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • Berries of your choosing for topping.

Tip

For extra crunch and flavour, try adding a drizzle of honey or a sprinkle of chopped nuts on top before serving to add some more texture! Or drizzle some balsamic vinegar over the top for an extra kick of flavour!

Evenly spread a layer of butter across a slice of Hovis White Sourdough.

Place the slice butter side up on a baking sheet. Top with cinnamon and sugar, then toast under the grill for about 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.
