Finely chop your garden herbs. In a small bowl or food processor, blend the herbs with the soft cheese until smooth and vibrant green. Set aside.
Heat a splash of oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and prawns. Once the prawns start to turn pink, toss in the halved cherry tomatoes. Sauté for a few minutes until the prawns are cooked through and the tomatoes have softened slightly. Season with a pinch of salt.
Place your slices of Hovis Seed Sensations in the toaster until golden brown and firm enough to hold the toppings.
