Dust the breaded chicken with the Cajun seasoning and cook according to the instructions until hot and crispy.
While the chicken is cooking, prepare the slaw by combining the white cabbage and grated carrot in a bowl. Add the white wine vinegar and a pinch of salt, then mix well and set aside.
Slice the Hovis® Buttermilk Sub Roll in half lengthways. Toast both halves in a dry frying pan until golden and lightly crisp on each side.
