To cook, coat the king prawns in the sweet chilli sauce with the olive oil. Heat a frying pan to a medium heat and fry the prawns gently for 2-3 minutes or until they are pink and cooked through.
Meanwhile, butter 2 slices of HovisⓇ Seeded Batch bread and then layer up the prawns and diced avocado. Drizzle any leftover chilli sauce over each sandwich and then top with the rocket leaves and the other slice of bread. Cut in half and serve immediately.
