  • 2 Slices of Hovis® Granary® Medium Sliced
  • 2 Teaspoons of butter
  • 4 Medium eggs
  • 100g Smoked Salmon

Tip

In a hot frying pan, lightly toast 2 tablespoons of mixed seeds until they begin to colour and then sprinkle over the top.

Crack 4 eggs into a bowl, add some salt and pepper for seasoning and then beat together with a whisk or a fork.

Put a frying pan over a low heat and add some butter. Wait for the butter to melt and then pour in your beaten eggs, stirring the mixture slowly until cooked.

Meanwhile, toast the slices of Hovis® Granary® Medium Sliced and butter well. Top with your delicious scrambled egg and smoked salmon. Serve immediately.
