Crack 4 eggs into a bowl, add some salt and pepper for seasoning and then beat together with a whisk or a fork.
Put a frying pan over a low heat and add some butter. Wait for the butter to melt and then pour in your beaten eggs, stirring the mixture slowly until cooked.
