Serves 4
Preheat the grill to medium. Lay the slices of Hovis White Sourdough on a baking tray and drizzle with oil on both sides.
Grill for 2-3 mins until lightly toasted. Turn the slices over and arrange the goat’s cheese slices evenly over the top. Return to under the grill for another 3-5 mins until the cheese has started to melt and the bread is toasted.
Top each slice with the thinly sliced apple, crumbled toasted walnuts and then drizzle over the runny honey. Serve with some salad leaves for a delicious light lunch.
