
Creamy burrata and ripe tomatoes on garlicky Hovis® Seeded Sourdough, finished with a drizzle of balsamic glaze and fresh basil. Simple, vibrant, and bursting with Mediterranean flavour - summer on a slice!

Lightly toast the Hovis Seeded Sourdough and rub the cut side of a garlic clove over one side of each piece of warm toast.
Drizzle over 1 tbsp olive oil and top evenly with the torn burrata followed by the sliced tomatoes. Season.
Drizzle with the balsamic glaze, remaining olive oil and scatter with basil leaves. Finish with a twist of black pepper over the top
