Just take...
  • 2 Hovis Crumpets
  • 30g cream cheese
  • 30g smoked salmon
  • Fresh parsley
  • Black pepper
  • Squeeze of lemon

Firstly, lightly toast the crumpets for 2 minutes.

Divide the cream cheese between the two crumpets, season as you wish with black pepper.

Top with smoked salmon and finish with a sprig of parsley on each crumpet and a squeeze of lemon.
