Slice one Hovis® English Muffin in half and add two pieces of chocolate in the middle.
Slice the one large marshmallow in half and arrange them on one half of the muffin.
Place the muffin in the air fryer at 200°C for about 4 minutes, or until the muffin is toasted and the chocolate has melted. With one minute remaining, add an extra piece of chocolate on top of the muffin.
Crush the digestive biscuits until they form a crumbly texture. While the muffin is still warm and the chocolate is melted, sprinkle the crumbs on top for an added crunch!
