Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Hovis Limited ("Hovis"), in partnership with PGL Travel Limited ("PGL"). The Prize Draws (as defined below) shall be administered by Hovis and the prizes shall be supplied by PGL.

2. Prize Draws and Prizes

a. 1 x School Trip Prize Draw

• There is one prize, consisting of a two-night break, for either a primary or secondary school group of up to 45 participants (children and accompanying teachers)
• There are no restrictions on day of arrival.
• All breaks must be taken between September 2026 and 30 April 2027. All dates are subject to availability.

b. 1 x Community Trip Prize Draw

• There is one prize, consisting of a two-night break, for a community group (e.g. a youth or uniform group) of up to 45 participants (children aged 16 and under and accompanying leaders)
• There are no restrictions on day of arrival.
• There are no restrictions on the time of year the community group can travel, subject to availability.
• All breaks must be taken by 31 August 2027.

c. 50 x Kids' Camps Prize Draw

• There are 50 prizes each consisting of a 3-night Multi-Activity Kids' Adventure Camp for one child aged 8-16 years old.

d. 10 x Family Breaks Prize Draw

• There are 10 prizes each consisting of a 4-night UK Family Adventure break, for one family of up to 4 (must include 1 adult and 1 child (aged 16 or under).

Prizes (C) and (d) above cannot be taken during the month of July. Travel until 31 October 2026. Subject to availability.

3. Entry and Eligibility

• The Prize Draws) start at 9:00am on 16 February 2026 and closes at 11.59pm on 3 April 2026 (Draw Date). After this date no further entries to the Prize Draws will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
• The Prize Draws are free to enter and no purchase is necessary. Entries to the Prize Draws are online-only.
• Entries must be submitted via https://www.hovis.co.uk/pgl-adventures which can be accessed by scanning the QR code on any promotional pack of Hovis Soft White. Entrants must complete the relevant entry form with their full name, email address and postcode.
• Only one entry per school/community group is permitted for the School Trip and Community Trip Prize Draw respectively.
• PGL will verify that the entry for the School Trip and Community Trip is from representatives of bonafide schools and community groups.
• Only one entry per household is permitted for the Kids’ Camp Prize Draw and Family Breaks Prize Draw. Entrants will be asked to choose which Prize Draw they wish to enter.
• Open to all UK residents aged 18+ excluding directors or employees (or their immediate families) of (i) Hovis, (ii) PGL, (iii) any suppliers of goods or services to PGL in respect of this prize draw, or (iv) Hovis' advertising or promotion agencies.
• Entries may be made by the same person where they are eligible in each of the 3 categories (for example a parent who is a teacher and is also a Scout Group Leader could enter to win a School Trip, a Community Trip and a Kids’ Camp or Family Break).
• The Prize Draws and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

4. Awards of prizes

• The winners of each Prize Draw will be selected randomly by a digital randomiser from all eligible entries received.
• The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the Draw Date. The winner must respond within 14 days of being notified to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond, their prize will be forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner in accordance with the process described above.
• The prizes are supplied by PGL. The Promoter reserves the right to replace any prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond its control makes it necessary to do so.
• Entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
• Each prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
• Travel arrangements and costs to the relevant PGL Centre do not form part of the prize and are the responsibility of the Prize Draw winners.
• All prizes are provided by PGL and include accommodation, meals and activities.
• Any personal expenses incurred during the stay will be the responsibility of the attendees.
• Each prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

5. Data Protection

• Personal data supplied to the Promoter from Prize Draw entries will be processed for the purpose of administering the Prize Draws, in line with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
• PGL will process personal data of prize winners, those who expressly opt in to receive marketing communications from PGL and those who redeem a discount code as set out in the PGL Privacy Policy.
• The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this the Promoter will send prize winners’ surname and county to anyone who emails (consumercare@hovis.co.uk) within one month after the Draw Date. If you object to this, please contact the Promoter (consumercare@hovis.co.uk). In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

Specialist Kids’ Camps, Family Activity Days and French Family Adventures are excluded from this offer as are School Trips or Community Trips.
