Giveaway - Terms & Conditions
1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the "Promoter" refers to Hovis Limited whose Facebook page is @hovisbakery and Instagram handle is @hovisbakery.
2. This prize draw is organised by Hovis of The Lord Rank Centre, Lincoln Road, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire HP12 3QS (“Hovis”, “we”, “our”).
Details of the Promotion:
3. To enter the prize draw you must:
a. Like the post on Facebook, Tik Tok or Instagram
b. be following the @hovisbakery on Facebook and/or Tik Tok and/or Instagram account;
c. Comment what recipe you would make with this combo!
Eligibility:
4. The prize draw is open to those aged 18 and over who are UK mainland residents only.
5. Hovis employees are not eligible to enter.
6. Entry is restricted to one entry per person, per household, duplicate entries will be excluded from this prize draw. Entry is free, no purchase necessary.
7. Only entries which have followed all the entry criteria detailed at clause 3 above will be placed into the prize draw.
8. Entry to the prize draw will open at 23.59 BST on 9th January 2025 and close at 23:59 BST on 30th DJanuary 2025 (the “Closing Time”).
9. Entries received after the Closing Time will not be counted. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to any third-party technical failure (including but not limited to technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged, incomplete or illegible. Entries may be disqualified if incomplete or if they do not comply with the entry criteria.
10. One winner will be contacted on the 6th of Februaryvia DM on Instagram or Facebook.

10.1 Winner - There is one (1) prize available. One winning entrants will receive a (the “Prize”) which, subject to availability will include:

11. Within five (5) days of the Closing Time, all eligible entries will be entered into a draw, in which 1 winner will be selected at random from all entrants across all platforms. The winning entrants will be contacted by direct message to their Instagram or Tik Tok handle, and/or Facebook Messenger to coordinate delivery of their Prize.
12. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, they will forfeit their right to the Prize. Hovis reserve the right to donate any unclaimed or forfeited prizes to a charity of their choice.
13. The winners’ last names, countries and copies of their winning entries, and the name of the observer, will be available to those who email Hovis.marketingteam@hovis.co.uk within 28 days of the published Closing Time. If you object to any or all of your surname, country and winning entry being published or made available, please contact
Hovis.marketingteam@hovis.co.uk. In such circumstances, Hovis must still provide the information and winning entries to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
14. The Prize is as stated, it is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. No cash alternative is available except at our sole discretion.
15. The Prize is subject to availability.
16. Instagram and Facebook are not in any way affiliated or involved in this prize draw.
17. All entrants to the prize draw shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter disclaims all liability for any losses or damage, arising out of or in connection with the prize draw and the Prize to the maximum extent permissible by law.
18. Failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
19. We reserve the right to replace the prize and any part thereof with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control makes it necessary to do so.
20. Our decision regarding aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
21. We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend this prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
22. Personal data supplied during the course of this prize draw will be processed in accordance with our privacy notice.
23. The terms are governed by English law and all prize draw entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
