Made with Hovis® Soft White

Just take...
  • 2 Slices of Hovis Soft White Medium Sliced
  • 3 Sausages
  • 1 Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 100g Cherry tomatoes

To cook the sausages, heat the grill to high. Place the sausages on a baking tray and grill for 15 minutes or until cooked through, remembering to turn occasionally.

Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a frying pan and then add sliced onion. Cook slowly for around 15-20 minutes or until they become soft and a golden caramel colour. Place the tomatoes in a baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes or until blistered. Set aside to cool.

To serve, butter the Hovis Soft White and then place the sausages on top, cover with the onions and tomatoes and the second slice of bread. Serve immediately.
