Just take...
  • 2 Slices of Hovis Lower Carb Wholemeal
  • 1 teaspoon of butter, softened
  • 1/4 Romaine Lettuce, sliced
  • Half an avocado, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienne peeled
  • 1/8 red cabbage, shredded
  • Half a red pepper, finely sliced
Then...

Butter the two slices of Hovis Lower Carb bread and then begin to build on the bottom slice. Layer up half the lettuce, followed by the sliced avocado, carrot, shredded red cabbage, red pepper and then the remaining lettuce. Place the other slice of bread on top and serve.
