2 medium tomatoes 

2 slices medium-sliced Hovis Wholemeal bread

Average portion low fat cream cheese (30g) 

A sprinkle of pepper (optional)

What you need

 

1. Slice tomatoes while toasting your Hovis Wholemeal bread

2. Lightly spread toast with low fat cream cheese and place sliced tomatoes on top

3. Sprinkle with pepper if desired
