Tasty Savoury Soldiers and Boiled Egg

What you need

 

1 egg 

4g yeast extract 

2 slices of medium-sliced Hovis Wholemeal bread

How to make it

 

1. For a soft boiled egg, place in a pan of cold water, bring the water to the boil and simmer for 4 minutes. 

2. While the egg is cooking, toast your Hovis Wholemeal bread, lightly spread with yeast extract and cut into soldiers. Dunk the soldiers into the boiled egg and enjoy this twist on a classic.
