How do I stop Hovis Wholemeal Gold Start Challenge sending me emails. I click on the Unsubscribe link in them but it just takes me to the app. Please help, it's driving me nuts!

Scrambled Egg and Mushrooms on Toast
Recipe
What you need
2 medium eggs
30ml semi-skimmed milk
40g mushrooms
2 slices Hovis Wholemeal medium-sliced bread
How to make it
1. Prepare the scrambled egg by whisking 2 eggs with a splash of semi-skimmed milk. Season with pepper.
2. Slice a hand-full of mushrooms and fry in a non-stick frying pan (using low calorie cooking spray to prevent them from sticking) over a high heat for a couple of minutes until cooked.
3. Add the scrambled egg mixture to the frying pan and take off the heat. The eggs will cook from the heat in the frying pan. Cook until there is no liquid egg left and serve on Hovis Wholemeal toast. Season to taste.
