    How do I stop Hovis Wholemeal Gold Start Challenge sending me emails. I click on the Unsubscribe link in them but it just takes me to the app. Please help, it's driving me nuts!

What you need

2 slices medium-sliced Hovis Wholemeal bread

2 tbsp grated half fat Edam cheese

1 spring onions, finely chopped

1 tsp wholegrain mustard

2 tbsp low fat fromage frais

How to make it

1. Place the Hovis Wholemeal bread slices under the grill and toast until golden on one side.

2. Mix together the cheese, spring onions, wholegrain mustard and fromage frais then spread evenly over each untoasted side of bread

3. Place the toast back under a moderate grill and cook for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
