What you need

 

2 slices medium-sliced Hovis Wholemeal bread

1tbs reduced sugar strawberry jam

1 pear, sliced 

1 tsp toasted chopped hazelnuts

How to make it

 

1. Lightly toast 2 slices of Hovis Wholemeal bread and then spread over a thin layer of jam.

2. To complete add sliced pears and a sprinkling of chopped nuts.
