How do I stop Hovis Wholemeal Gold Start Challenge sending me emails. I click on the Unsubscribe link in them but it just takes me to the app. Please help, it's driving me nuts!

Mango and Cottage Cheese Breakfast Open Sandwich

What you need
2 slices medium-sliced Hovis Wholemeal bread
4 slices fresh mango
50g low fat cottage cheese
How to make it
1. Finely chop 2 slices of mango and place in a bowl with the cottage cheese then gently stir to combine.
2. Divide the cottage cheese mixture between the two slices of bread and then garnish each with a slice of mango.
