How do I stop Hovis Wholemeal Gold Start Challenge sending me emails. I click on the Unsubscribe link in them but it just takes me to the app. Please help, it's driving me nuts!

Hawaiian-Style Breakfast Toasty
Recipe
What you need
2 slices medium-sliced Hovis Wholemeal bread
30g low fat cream cheese
2 pineapple rings, finely chopped
black pepper
How to make it
1. Place the cream cheese and half of the chopped pineapple in a small bowl and mix together until combined. Season with black pepper.
2. Meanwhile toast the Hovis Wholemeal bread on one side under a hot grill.
3. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the untoasted side of bread and top with the remaining pineapple then place under a hot grill for about 2 minutes until the cream cheese mixture is bubbling.
