Egg and Grilled Vine Tomato Breakfast Toast

What you need
2 slices medium-sliced Hovis Wholemeal bread
1 large vine tomato, sliced
1 hard-boiled egg, sliced
freshly ground black pepper
How to make it
1. Toast the bread on one side under a hot grill.
2. Arrange the sliced tomatoes on the untoasted side then place under a hot grill for about 2 minutes until the tomatoes are heated through.
3. Place the sliced egg on the 2 slices of toast and finish with some ground black pepper.
