Apricot and Pumpkin Seed Breakfast Bread

What you need
2 slices medium-sliced Hovis Wholemeal bread
3 fresh apricots, chopped
½ small pot low fat vanilla yogurt
1tsp pumpkin seeds
How to make it
1. Place the chopped apricots in a small bowl and add the yogurt and mix well.
2. Spread the yogurt mixture over the bread and finish off with a sprinkling of pumpkin seeds.
