How do I stop Hovis Wholemeal Gold Start Challenge sending me emails. I click on the Unsubscribe link in them but it just takes me to the app. Please help, it's driving me nuts!

Apple, Sultana and Ricotta Toast
Recipe
What you need
2 slices medium-sliced Hovis Wholemeal bread
30g ricotta cheese
4 tbsp unsweetened apple puree
1 tsp sultanas
pinch mixed spice or cinnamon
How to make it
1. Lightly toast 2 slices of Hovis Wholemeal bread.
2. Spread a layer of ricotta cheese over the toast then spread a thick layer of apple puree over and finish off with some sultanas and a pinch of mixed spice.
